Questions / Help

> What is a print package and where do I find them?

Our print packages are basically a set of images or prints sold for a set price. You can find our current print package listings by clicking on the Photo Services tab.

> How do I order a print package?

To order a print package, you must be registered and signed into our site. Once signed in, go to the Photo Services page, click the button next to the package you would like to order, then click the continue button. From there, a checkout page will open so you can pay for the package you purchased. Once payment is made, you can choose whatever images or products you want from our galleries that match the package details that you purchased. See following example.

Example package (Quantity (4 ) 8”x10” Gallery Prints).

Locate the first image you would like to order, choose 8” x 10” Gallery Print from the drop down menu and click add to cart. Then continue shopping and go to the next print you want to order and do the same thing. Once you choose your (4) 8”x10” Gallery Print images you can checkout. Please make sure you pick the package/subscription Payment Method during checkout. The system will then match the items you are ordering against the package you ordered, and if it matches up, you will be able to checkout.

> How does the quality of your prints compare to other services?

Our museum quality "archival" fine art prints are crafted from the finest materials. Color accuracy, consistency, and longevity are of paramount importance to us. Compared to mass produced prints which usually fade within a decade, our prints will last generations before any noticeable fading occurs.

> Are the photographs on this site original or did they come from some other source?

All photographs available for sale on this web site have been taken and edited by photographer Bob Firth.

> I notice that all your images have a copyright watermark, would the print I want to order come with this on it?

No, this watermark or copyright is for the images on our web site only, it is NOT included on any ordered prints.

> I really like a certain photo, but I want it in a larger size than what I'm seeing available on your site. Can you supply larger prints?

It depends on the specific image. Our images can normally be printed to a much larger size (8' or more) and still retain that exquisite clarity and detail. Image composition dictates what size prints are available for that particular image. If you require a specific size, it may be necessary to crop the image to fit. Please contact us if you would like more information about larger or custom sizes. When you contact us, include the image and print size that you're interested in.

> Who can I talk to if I have a specific question about licensing a photo?

Please use the form on our "Contact Us" page. We will respond promptly to your inquiry.

> How do I find out the usage fee for an image?
